Good day, I am currently developing a WordPress site, which has to do with music downloads. Problem When ever i add a audio media, when someone click on the link, the audio play on another tab instead of downloading directly.. Questions How can make a audio media to download directly with just one click like in naijaloaded, i have tried alot of plugin and tricks but no avail, they all plays the file in new tab instead of downloading it directly.. Please who can help me.. Drop answers on the comments section. Thank you. |

Use download Monitor plugin. Are you hosting the audio files in another place?

It depends on how you host the music file. If you have the direct download link, then hyperlink it with text anchor (DOWNLOAD NOW) on your page. You'll need to edit the link, click on settings, and untick "open in a new tab." The default settings is to open in same tab though. Apart from the above, you can get help easily if we know how you get your download link. |
