Campaign starts next week. Even here in Lagos, there are hardly his banners or billboard. The only one on the full stretch from Lagos mainlaind to the Island through TMB is just the one with Emilokan at UNILAG Lagoon front.
So once campaign starts, you will see many.

I am currently in Kaduna for a project. Touring the beautiful cities, I have come across Atiku's billboards. Even Kwankwaso and Peter Obi's campaign posters at strategic locations. But I find it strange that Kaduna, being an APC state that should have Tinubu's posters flooding every nook and cranny has none. (I haven't seen 1)

It's surprising because if Peter Obi can have posters in Kaduna, why can't Tinubu? I know it's not yet campaign time, but come on! This is weird.
