Only foolish political naive northerners will vote for Atiku, when they can have their cake & eat it too with Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
So you want northerners to leave their own for tinubu while you call yorubas not supporting tinubu omo ale? It doesn’t work like that man

From what I have seen so far . North east Tinubu , north west Atiku and north central up to kaduna south Obi but the problem is would the elections be free and considering stories people are hearing now about paddling of voters register by APC
Re: Presidential Election: Who Will The NORTH VOTE FOR by baqirshuayb(m): 11:27pm On Sep 20, 2022
From the core north.
Majority of us are for Atiku, he is seen as a Saint now wallahi. And no one is more hated now in the north like buhari, though he has finished his term, and his party(Apc) and anything that's coming out from his party (Tinubu). Buhari has given Apc a really bad image here, Atiku is seen as a symbol of hope.
FYI so many people don't know who Obi is. The ones that know him have vowed not to vote for him because of the derogatory words his supporters use against the northerners. Please, someone should advice Obi to merge with Atiku because wallahi he is not Goin anywhere.

I never liked Atiku since day one, he has never been there for the north! His method of operation is to leave for Dubai and come back after each election circle, he just wants to recoup the money he has wasted on his several election outings and to enrich the likes of Dino, omokri, ben Bruce etc.. the is nothing progressive about PDP, just bunch of thieves who can't wait to come back and steal!!

Atiku has no plans for the north! He thinks just because his hausa/fulani, that should be enough for us to vote him, that's why his taking the north for granted

Tinubu is a achiever, everything about him is progressive.. look at his team, all technorants and competence.. Tinubu will also continue with Buhari's master plan e.g AKK gas pipeline, railway, Siemens etc

God won't forgive us if we lose this opportunity

Barba marwa, El-Rufai, ganduje etc are the type of ppl that will be given ministerial position. It's too good

Tinubu presidency will usher a new dawn, Buhari has already laid the foundation
SU50:
I have no qualms with Tinubu, only his boys with their ovearzealousness and loud mouths. grin Not forgetting the Yoruba thing (I think it's the reason why most people are saying away from identifying with him, esp. up north).

As for Atiku, I don't doubt his capacity, but man is a chronic capitalist and then there are the corruption cases and whispers.

Right now, it seems Atiku is taking the North's support for a given (no plans and concessions in whatever way for the north, plus my fear for him, his docility), I think we are better off with Tinubu, at least we have the El-Rufai's and his gang to lead the charge. I also believe we stand a better chance of getting development devolved to the lower levels with Tinubu, so, we go the Baba Buhari way. grin

Exactly, it's why I change o.

Atiku has no plan for the north, unfortunately, he is a capitalist looking to enrich the wretched in society (the likes of dino, Reno).

Buhari's admin as bad as it is in few areas has done a lot for northerners, lots of people have become millionaires, building the real base of the economy (agric & manufacturing), though it won't be easy in the short run. I see Atiku moulding Nigeria in the image of USA and UK, the rich become richer and the poor stay in their station, only serve as workers and hands to the haves.

Buhari's choice of Ministers and heads of agencies is one place he has done well, people who were hitherto unknown have risen and contributed their own quota in Nigeria's story (my own minister is Isa pantami, one of the best in the admin).

And as you pointed out there is more likelihood of Tinubu continuing with the infrastructure drive than Atiku, so I think we are better off with Apc than pdp.

@the bolded, one of the best things that can happen to the north.

And I believe Tinubu will anoint shettima as his successor after his tenure, he really has trust for him

And it also gladden my heart when I heard shettima saying he will take care of security aspect, he really tried for borno in that aspect

So ur frtom Gombe state, I'll really like to visit there one day.. I have heard a lot about ur fulani women grin

Even your own candidate is a thief? Even if it is like what you just posted at least somebody must emerge.

I just curious not scared.
You're from north central do you in any way know about the "myth" that northern voters are remote controlled by their bigwigs and imams?
Then let the southern voters be remote controlled by bishops, pastors, prophets, vicars and bigwig from the south.
