This is exactly what I talked about in a post where some Nairalanders where fighting themselves over Ukraine and Russia war instead of us to be focusing on how to get our country back from these uncircumcised bandits they’re busy insulting each other, the one that pains me most is one foolish idiot try to insult me for telling them to channel their energy towards fighting for a better Nigeria, see its going to spread round Nigeria since the government and security agencies aren’t giving them a hot chase because they’re somehow involved with this people they will have the upper hand to invade everywhere and get away with it, tell me how can bandits groups be operating in Nigeria soil while we have Army, Airforce Navy police etc, nobody can tell me that the Chief security of this country is not involved in this banditry otherwise they would have seriously dealt with these people carrying out such activities, go to the East and see how Army are harassing civilians, why can’t the military deploy troops to flush them out! Who are they deceiving? Yet some idiots will still vote for this same people to remain in government people never start to Dey die oo when e don reach everybody turn our eyes go clear

Western style development isn't sentimental, with their strict laws, criminalised or formalised "undesirables" (e.g the homeless, unemployed, the old, the infirm, learning disability etc) hidden from society. Nigeria need to begin separating neighbourhoods. If shantytowns must be tolerated, let these establish far from moderate to better urban settlements. These separations enable authorities to monitor and study groups and social dynamics.

The military and police failed its people

All the good men in He military and police failed Nigeria.Under their watch the people became unprotected and prey to foreign mercenaries.The people they vowed to protect.

Entire villages wiped out, beloved children have been stolen from their parents, babies murdered, soldiers lost, evil men, young men and old on rampage, majority even foreign with no adequate response to their terror

The senate failed too.they appear to be worst in this matter.The leadership of this era failed its people in their response

A true soldier or defender of his people will say we will not loose 1 citizen, no matter how undeserving , or poor they may be.The soldiers and police are that line of defence.

I undertand that there are many powers and issues at stake, but ultimately it shows there are no good men in the leadership of these institutions.Not 1 who put the people and their survival and safety as priority.

Sadly this may affect the west african black race as we know it.Anihilated and subdued by uneducated rag tag militia because it's line of defence ultimately failed its people

This news item illustrates why it is VITAL that every human being must LEARN TO SWIM. Barring the presence of crocodiles or extremely fast currents, there is no reason why a capsizing canoe should result in deaths. The people who boarded that canoe in panic at the sight of bandits all farmed right beside a mighty river, yet never bothered to never learn how to swim.

I cannot imagine losing my life as a result of finding myself in deep water less than 3 miles from shore because I would simply pace myself, and swim to shore at a speed that I can sustain for say 2 hours, without tiring out or experiencing muscle cramps.

LEARN TO SWIM y'all, because you never know when you will need that skill to save your very life.
