I can bet with you that Atiku will get 25% in the 6 SS states. PDP is very strong in SS hence even with Obi popularity and Woke revolt , the least Atiku can get from the SS is 25% . He might even win Delta, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa.
The SE is more complicated. However PDP is also very strong in SE. The only state that Atiku might not get 25% is Anambra due to Peter Obi. LP will likely win SE but PDP will get 25% of the total votes.
Atiku will get 25% in all the 6 NC states using the PDP structures in the states. Even with the killings, Buhari won the NC in 2019. Hence do not be surprise, if Atiku wins 2 or 3 states in NC.
