INEC only admitted false over-voting as a result of unsynchronised BVAS machine report. That which they have normalised with the synchronized report. Is that too difficult to comprehend?

The new electoral law says where there is overvoting the election result from such PU shall be cancelled. According to APC data there was overvoting in over 700 PU. Cancelling those PU results in the corrected number.

INEC BVAS data that APC is relying on as already been declared as incomplete.
It's only BVAS you can use to declare overvoting since there's no more manual accreditation.
So all these bogus figures APC is carrying around is a waste of time.
You can imagine that by some stroke of fate, even in APC strongholds like Ila, Osogbo and Olorunda, PDP still out-rigged them according to their so-called evidence.

So when you know they still have to prove it, why are you carrying it around like it's a genuine case?
INEC already said the data they gave APC initially was incomplete and unsynchronized. They later gave APC the real one which APC deliberately ignored. Even in this particular one, it's a question of common sense. How can PDP out-rig APC in Ila, Osogbo and Olorunda areas? Cmon.
As for Imo everyone knows how fraudulent the figures Hope presented were. Even the SC knows. Which is why they deliberately refused to do the tally. The SC shouldn't be so dumb not to know that the requirements of the election states that the total votes must not exceed accredited votes. SC can't claim that they were misled to allocating votes when INEC already clearly rejected the votes. Since they took it upon themselves to become INEC, they should have done the tally themselves. In zamfara, they asked INEC to declare the second placed winner "if he meets the requirements as declared by the Constitution". In Imo, they accepted the votes, did the tally, and declared a winner. That's absurd.
As for Aregbe, this is the same way his case went. They went about proving overvoting in Oyinlola's strongholds, the court removed the votes and he was declared winner without recourse to whether he met other requirements. It's that issue that ultimately cost salami his job and ensured guber cases get to SC unlike before when it stopped at Appeal courts. The SC have started making a mess too lately.

INEC did goof. Oyetola requested for BVAS report. It was given to him albeit raw. You can say they should have told him to wait but I think they didn't want him to use that as an excuse to say INEC is colluding by withholding information. He was clearly told this is not the complete report when it was given to him. The complete report was given to all candidates while the initial report was given to only APC. In actual fact, that should invalidate it. It's just like that absurd Imo. Only APC and the police had the fraudulent results yet SC went ahead and admitted it. Very shameful!!
