There must have been some hacking from pdp to change what the bvas machine drop as report against what is presently inside the machine.

What money can't do doesn't exist in Nigeria. Deji bought almost everyone that had anything to do with Osun state gubernatorial election, no one should be surprised if those machines were already tampered with just to perfect all these conflicting figures we're talking about.
Personally, I knew that Deji would crush APC in Osun state with his money. I'm not surprised at all.

The difference between 2018 and 2022 is the new electoral act.

In 2018 if there was overvoting or discrepancies in result the law says Inec can declare the election inconclusive and do a rerun.

However in the new electoral act inec shall cancel the election of those polling units. No reruns. No inconclusive elections.

APC's argument is that if the over 700 PUs are cancelled according to the electoral act. APC wins...

Inec is said to be claiming the first report was wrong.....but it was signed by inec and that was the first report produced before any Knowledge of litigation.......once litigation was initiated inec seems to have gone back to produce a different report.....inec has to prove that the 2nd report not the first is the truth

INEC already said the data they gave APC initially was incomplete and unsynchronized. They later gave APC the real one which APC deliberately ignored. Even in this particular one, it's a question of common sense. How can PDP out-rig APC in Ila, Osogbo and Olorunda areas? Cmon.
As for Imo everyone knows how fraudulent the figures Hope presented were. Even the SC knows. Which is why they deliberately refused to do the tally. The SC shouldn't be so dumb not to know that the requirements of the election states that the total votes must not exceed accredited votes. SC can't claim that they were misled to allocating votes when INEC already clearly rejected the votes. Since they took it upon themselves to become INEC, they should have done the tally themselves. In zamfara, they asked INEC to declare the second placed winner "if he meets the requirements as declared by the Constitution". In Imo, they accepted the votes, did the tally, and declared a winner. That's absurd.
As for Aregbe, this is the same way his case went. They went about proving overvoting in Oyinlola's strongholds, the court removed the votes and he was declared winner without recourse to whether he met other requirements. It's that issue that ultimately cost salami his job and ensured guber cases get to SC unlike before when it stopped at Appeal courts. The SC have started making a mess too lately.

Rigging can be done anywhere,even in opposition stronghold.over voting does not automatically mean rigging.it could sometimes be by mistake.I witnessed it in crs this year in over 5 units.
Zamfara and IMO are different cases.pdp were not part of zamfara case.it was apc vs apc.with apc out of the way,it was now left for inec to declare the runner up winner with the spread.in IMO,it was uzodinma vs inec and pdp.he rightly demanded the correct reliefs.he stated that he got the highest votes and also the spread.read the last paragraph of the judgment.i even did a thread where I demonstrated how he got the spread.the court were never misled.the supreme court is not an inquisitorial panel.it only reviews cases from lower courts and rules.follow this link for more information

The appeal court in Osun cancelled election of 10 lgas and in the remaining 20 lgas,both parties had the spread but aregbe had the highest votes.the court is not the problem,you are the problem,you do not understand the workings of the court and refuses to learn thinking it is by morality..the supreme court has been perfect so far...

That is exactly where INEC messed them up! The second report was clearly an after thought, after the litigation has exposed their short coming infact it is the same thing as tampering with evidence which INEC staff can be jailed for! those guys messed the Adelekes up.

you will hear the tribunal justices verdict on the the Oyetola failed cases in the tribunal court of justice. Probably by next month or early November, Tribunal justices will have judgement on the failed Oyetola cases. Oyetola tun ma lule piii Lekan siii. APC media trial is even destroying their party and cases more in the tribunal court of justice. It’s the lies and propaganda they dishes out on nairaland that you guys always banking on.
