My name is Nzubechukwu,

I got a scholarship to study "Mobile App Development" for the second time and it starts in 5days. But I am yet to get a laptop. I would be needing a laptop of at least core i5 or core i7 processor.

I really don't want to miss this as I won't be granted the scholarship again.

Please help me with a laptop.

Scholarship doesn't mean you would be paid stipend.

Some scholarship might come in form of full tuition waiver, half tuition waiver and some might come in full funding including living expenses.

I guess this one he is trying to relate is an online program with tuition fee waived.

Yeah, the latter is what I was actually offered.
