That's Baseband issue. The phone baseband is no longer available hence the "No Signal" icon on the top right corner of the screen. Seems the phone is one of those replaced/refurbished devices. Some can bypass it for you but it won't use simcard or an experienced engineer will work on d baseband for you. Later option is more preferable.

That's same issue I'm having with one of my phone now bros. But the engineer I gave to fixed it for me told me that he can't do it, but he will send it to a company that can fixed it for me.

iPhone 7. They brought the phone for me from abroad and when I put my sim card inside it, it work before it started this issue so. I even went as far as factory resetting it thinking it was software issues. But I later regret factory resetting it because it only makes things got worst for me.

Good news! iPhone XR - 13pro max iCloud unlock is out, but mind you, it's every expensive. Takes two days for the unlock process. And it doesn't support phones in lost mode (stolen devices)
