It's really amazing. At the train station in the city of Orel in northwestern Kazakhstan, right next to the border with Russia, Kazakh volunteers help the tens of thousands of Russian citizens who waited hours at the border crossing and managed to pass, fleeing the horror of conscription. They provide them with hot food, guidance and very cheap transportation to nearby settlements and places to stay. What is amazing to me is the fact that until not many years ago it was precisely the Kazakhs who wanted to go to Russia to work, earn a living and send money back home to Kazakhstan. The way a wheel turns, and you should also think about what this means for Russia's situation in general in the region. (Yair Navot)

Ibrahimcoomasie:That’s what I say! Look at the condition their military equipment is in-why would we think their nukes even work anymore, given the state of their assets. Clearly the looting of Russia by Putin & the oligarchs has really exposed their rag tag military equipment like rusted tanks , worn out tyres and old non maintenance Soviet trucks |
