Bloomberg: Europe is ready for winter without Russian gas.

European countries may import almost 40% more liquefied gas in the coming winter year over year, according to Bloomberg.

"Those shipments are enough to cover a complete halt in Russian pipeline flows from Oct. 1."

Around 98,000 Russian citizens have entered Kazakhstan alone since September 21, the migration authority of the Kazakh Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday, according to the Interfax agency.
