Let me lecture you projects are not just thrown like popcorn, there are certain considerations before you throw in a project and the chief of them is value, you don't just throw projects because you want to give the people a spectacle. there must be a value in terms of the impact it would have on the common man.

It was abandoned in Germany by Amaechi and was incurring parking fees and maintenance fees running into millions of dollars.

All the fees had to be paid before the plane was released.
