Something fishy about the whole thing. Judging from the position they found the woman, I don’t think she was able to commit suicide in that position of the building. I think someone else killed both her and the man but before she was killed and hanged the killer made her write a confessional statement to make it look like she killed her husband and then she commit suicide.

Did you read the part where they said CCTV camera captured their scuffle? And about her not having blood stains on her dress, I honestly feel she wanted to run away at first, so she changed her dress...and then maybe changed her mind, thinking what's the use, and decided to kill herself.
