Please I am of a budget of 700k and in need of a Mini flat around in any of these locations "Yaba, Iyana woro, Maruwa"

The break down could be 100k agreement, 100k commission, 50k damages asides a 450k rent.

It's not bad, though proximity to 3rd Mainland Bridge is not guaranteed.

If you're really serious, I can help you look for one around Yaba.
But if 3MB proximity is a priority, I could add Shomolu, Gbagada to the list.

I'm serious but not so in an hurry as my current rent will be expiring by December. Just seeking for one in advance. So I wouldn't have to be in an hurry by then and you know how the hurdles of getting a nice accommodation is. I dont want to go through it.

You mentioned your budget already, so I can't exceed 700k total package.

Yaba is the perfect location for you because it's not far from the Island and you can link Apapa through Oyingbo.
