yes, tax them more and put overwhelming percentage in your pocket and impoverish them.
Devalue currency, sell few dollars and get more naira to settle their minimum wage even if it means that they will be spending more to get little in the market, it's none of your business, afterall, you can always bribe them with your loots during election. Make sure they rely on you for their daily bread so that nobody can afford to go against you. fix your boys in every position, never allow people to select who governs them, make sure to put your boys their so that you would be seen as a mentor. Make sure nobody attends any political position without bowing down to you . Make yourself a mini God because to them it's an achievement.
