If the reason for this is to avert loss of revenue that might result from hosting a rally there, then I do not have anything against it. But if the reason behind this is to scuttle the rally even if it's hosted at any other part of Lagos, then that that's wrong and illegal.

Tollgate is an express motor roads. It's not meant to hold any form of rally. There are many stadia and open places to be used as their rally points. Holding rally at tollgate is like holding rally at headbridge at Onitsha or holding rally at Choba express road by UPTh gate
