Tinubu's surpporters believes that those who are surporting Peter Obi (mostly youths) do not have voter cards and that it is only those who are rooting for BAT that have PVC. I use to wonder about how they come to this conclusion because I and my people here in Osun are campaigning for LP and we have PVC.
