I encountered something today at Idumota market and its surprising.
J.I Ltd said to be Government approved was seen doling out cash to unsuspecting members of the public.
What I saw them do is for people to tick 5 lucky numbers after which an hidden number will be unveiled and that determines the amount you go home with.
I was later made to understand that it's a modern day ritual.
The guy doling out the cash is sitted in a van very close to the 1st GT bank on entering Idumota from ijora-olopa.

I am heading to the place now to collect my own share .... I will even pass there 10 times sef so that I will play 10 times
