Is anyone able to access their account with UBA on the mobile app?

For 3 days I have tried to log in to my bank but keep getting a connection error message as attached below. UBA customer care on Twitter are absolutely useless and can't provide any helpful information as to what caused this or when resolution is expected.

If you happen to be experiencing the same, desist from making any ATM withdrawal or online payment with UBA bank card until the issue with the app is resolved, a lot of users are reporting cases of wrong debits.

Also, if you are contacted on Twitter by any seeming UBA account, note that UBA handle on Twitter is @UBACares. Don't fall prey to the numerous fraudulent Twitter handles masquerading as UBA customer support and looking for who to exploit.

The Zenith bank USSD code took almost one month to get restored. These guys takes us for a fool. No pre-information and no apology. Nigeria, which way?

Here's an advice....First use your password to login instead of thumb print. Then you can use thumb print subsequently if u wish.

In case you are having the same problem, kindly follow the suggestion above, log in with your password first, not fingerprint, once you get logged in, you can use your fingerprint subsequently.
