Clearly you don't understand US criminal justice. They seized everything. Read the article, there is a clause there that allows them to settle more victims than the one that he plead guilty for, which almost invariably means that not only that all the Gucci, Bentleys and private jets that were seized but the bill that they will put on his head will be used to settle these "future undiscovered victims." When they finally deport him back to Nigeria, the only thing of value that he will have to his name is his prison uniform.

Not quite. This was a federal crime involving money laundering. Your reference(probably Invictus) plead guilty to something different so don't be surprised if he wins a 15 year sentence. There was another guy that pulled off a stunt like this in the U.S. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, which is the usual sentence for such crimes in the U.S.

This will render him absolutely penniless two years from now. When he is eventually released, he will be driven to the nearest international airport and put on the first plane back to Nigeria, effecting the deportation process. When he arrives here, the only thing of value that he will own is his prison uniform.

I don't think he bought any private jet oh or did I miss the news? I don't know if those items seized if sold would be enough to pay back to victims. When he arrives back in Nigeria, his fellow accomplices go teach am new work to start all over again. A very sad reality.
