I bought a ton of MDF to do woodwork.

Now the air in the office stings the eyes and the nose so I researched why this is happening.

It's the adhesive! Our markets are full of the cheap chinese adhesive!

Don't go cheap on adhesives, it's a matter of life and health.

This article explains why.

My workers even got sick, so sick that they had to stop work and vomited for hours until they were provided medical attention.

I now have no choice but to install extractor fans to ensure the air in the office is safe for humans

Frequent exposure to water can cause the wood to rot within a relatively short time, however if your bath area is screened off properly, like within a shower cubicle for instance, then it can be used.

The door may also be sprayed with some sort of plastic paint to make it more resistant to water, hence prolonging its life span.

If your bath area isn't screened, you may opt for more water resistant options like aluminum or PVC (plastic) doors.

Probably the kitchen carcasses may be HDF but the doors are of high gloss HDF board.

There is nothing wrong with MDF. it has its own usefulness.
we find trouble with mdf when we force it to do jobs not meant for it.
