It takes a very powerful man to dominate the politics of a region. No region has ever produce a person of Bola Tinubu apart from SW. The people of the region have nothing to do with it, such persons are uncommon. His reach is even beyond SW, that should tell u he could have come from anywhere and he will have wield same power anywhere. Someone who can unsit a sitting president and remove from power the biggest political party in Africa PDP. This man is still their nightmare till today. Rivers state hasn't produce such a man, if God actually give them such man, he will replicate same power there.

it seems you are new to Rivers State politics. Omeha and Amaechi has been at loggerheads right from the time Celestine took over PDP candidature from Ameachi, far back in 2007 election, then Wike was in the camp of Ameachi. Amaechi even suspend Omeha from PDP when he was a governor. Omeha started romancing with Wike in from 2015 election, because of the saying "an enemy of my enemy is my friend"

Wike's influence starts and end in Obio/Akpor LGA. If not for the abracadabra in our electoral system, Wike would not have been governor in 2015. The election that brought him in was massively rigged.

In an atmosphere of free and fair election, Wike will be defeated squarely. Next year's election in Rivers state will be a referendum on his acceptability in Rivers state. Let's see if all his puppets will have a field day next year. Inducement of voters with money is what he is banking on to deliver all his puppets come next year.

How can Omehia who was a Commisioner in I991 during Ada George administration in the old Rivers state be loyal to Wike. In 1991 Wike was a student in Uniport.

The law recognised them as govs, that why they have different election calender in those states, segun oni of Ekiti, Ngige of anambra, osunbor of Edo, Etc. But u see Andy uba and celestine omehia, the law did not recognised them, that is why the election year in river remain the same and that of Anambra is as a result of Ngige and Obi and not uba
