One of the exciting things about Erlin Haaland's form in the EPL this particular debut season, is that his country, Norway did not qualify to the world cup. So when the season resumes in january, Haaland would be fresh and fit compared to those who might have received knocks and kicks during their participation in the world cup

A tree won't make a forest. A top club like City has almost all its squad players going to the Qatar with few exceptions and they too may get injured, tire out or experience tactical fatigue.

The World Cup break will only favour smaller clubs particularly those not playing well such as Forest, Fulham and other flops.

Do you know when most people blame him whenever he concedes simple shitty goals, I just smile.
When he was first signed to CITY, he can save wonderful shots, but as the system changed, he became a player instead of shot stopper.
He lost his form as a shot stopper, if guardiola wanted shot stopper he would have sold him off a long time ago, but the play from back, drop balls and assist is what guardiola loves.

Yeah, and he was the UCL top scorer in 20/21 with Dortmund, 62 goals in 67 games in the Bundesliga. He scored 10 UCL goals for Salzburg in the UCL as well. He's playing for a mediocre Norway, and he has 20 goals in 23 appearances. I guess. I guess Pep was the manager throughout his days at Salzburg, Dortmund, and Norway.
