Hello Nairalander, I tried to make a transfer on my Opay wallet 2 ago, unfortunately I made a mistake in my payment. It was then I discovered I can't make any transaction on my account.

I called their customer care yesterday, and the guy that attended to me asked me some questions to confirm I am the owner of the account, after, that he said my account will be open back before the end of yesterday.

Till now I still don't have access to my account, I have called them more than 20 times, they keep saying I should have patience.

Please guys what can I do, I am thinking of going to Twitter and tag them, but I don't know any other organizations or individuals that I can tag along to hasten the process.

Please help.

Opay is licensed by CBN and and regulated by NDIC
So report them to CBN and NDIC
