Those other Nigerians are graduate apprentices of the Igbo Trade. They're warned, but they wouldn't hearken to good counsel by parents and colleagues that no sane man keeps the company of these traders in the white stuff and low-grade merchandise. A sheep that keeps the company of Bingo will soon eat poo! Their stories have now become like the story of the hound that ignored the Hunter's whistle. One of them must certainly be the Baron. Give Nigeria to them and watch the futures of the Leaders of Tomorrow go up with the smoke of pot, of coke, of cannabis, of Tramadol. People wey de bury dem papa and mama inside tear-rubber Hummer Jeep for money.
That is why we can't sacrifice our destiny on the altar of the leadership of one agbado tout who is wanted in the US for heroin offences and travels to france to patch his drug ravaged leaking bladder.

This is a collective duty of all sensible and sane Nigerians to expel mediocrity.

*Asiwaju Bọlá Ahmed Tinubu is Nigeria's President, 2023*

You claimed: "He is over ambitious". Reallyhuh

His contemporaries moved from governor's house to the Senate. He didn't.
Majority of his peers quickly joined the then ruling party the moment they lost immunity as governors. He didn't...
Others switched parties based on pure political opportunism, joining the PDP as the surest path to their political ambitions... He didn't.
He took the far more difficult and less promising path of building his party from a single state to regional dominance...
He leveraged that to form the most potent opposition party that successfully dislodged the ruling party in a peaceful election and first power transfer of its kind in Nigeria's history!

Putting aside his own ambition to step down for Buhari wasn't a small thing...
Sowore, Moghalu, Fela Durotoye and others couldn't even make that sacrifice for each other despite their obviously weak political platforms...
So, what exactly is Tinubu's crime?

As governor, he built the most diversified cabinet of the most competent team ever assembled at the state level...
Kwara, Anambra, Osun, Ekiti, Ogun and other states were represented as commissioners under him as Lagos State Governor...
Mostly professionals with little or no political value. Just competence to move the state forward...
Where was the crime?

He owns all of Lagoshuh
OK then.
His immunity ended 15 years ago. 8 of those years, he was a thorn on the side of PDP. Lagos was a prize the party (PDP) wanted badly (and they are still craving to also 'own' Lagos!)...
PDP had the resources and the motivation to nail him. They couldn't make a case...
Yet, by mere proclamation, our social media experts have declared him the very epitome of public corruption...
Alpha-Betahuh
Pleaaaase!!!
That's one of the smartest public policy decisions of the current republic...
The jury is in...
The results can't be denied...

Others (like Peter Obi) went to China to import containers...
He went to China to learn about Free Trade Zones...
Today, the Free Trade Zone in Lekki is home to over 400 companies including the largest fertilizer manufacturing plant in Africa and the largest privately owned refinery in the world!!!

Why so much hate?

You owe no one an explanation for opposing his candidacy...
It is a free world...
I believe there are many of your "legitimate reasons" to oppose his candidacy...
Tinubu and his campaign team have to overcome this real hurdle. His health challenges raises legitimate questions given the Buhari experience. Health problems aren't disqualifying by default in my view. They're part of life unless such challenges are crippling...
I've seen no evidence of that but I respect those who see it differently.

But, this intense hatred makes no sense to me...

All these sensational headlines sef, Tramadol is not a banned substance but rather is a controlled substance in Nigeria! NDLEA should stop forming activity with another agency’s duties. Make dem go prosecute Abba Kyari and make sure their job there is done first!

Just in case you think anything will change if you try to elect Tinubu, ask yourself one question, who are those that will work for him?
The answer is that it is still the same people who are in the current APC government, it’s going to get worse…

Take back Nigeria from these old men. The followers of a leader determines how the leader will perform, you can’t employ a thief and expect the thief to safeguard your money for you.

“Everything about the man (Tinubu) is shady—from his name, state of origin, the schools attended, certificates received; his record in America to his true source of income, let alone any true intention of seeking the presidency, apart from an arrogant claim that it is his turn to rule Nigeria.

“Besides the shady background, a series of events also show that Tinubu does not have any good sense of equity, justice, fairness, and patriotism – virtues he claims to promote.”

Is your tinubu allergic to Osun state his home state? Why can't he do same there that is if he did any which am sure he didn't,
Oga, it was Lagos that gave tinubu the privilege of being somebody but being a rogue and a criminal he exploited all the loophole thereof to enrich himself and his family, putting his family and friends where he will still be in control, why is he angry with ambode?

Lagos master plan has been structured since jakande, tinubu is a simple rogue no wonder he lifted his fellow rogues and touts to hold and intimidate lagos for him. He is a brain dead drug junky, a sick bastard suffering from dementia, a schizophrenic nymphoniac. Was he not the one who brought buhari? So what again is he going to bring?

He has all the qualities of buhari,
Certificate issue, he said unknown gun men ztook his, buhari gave the excuse that the army took his
Health challenge, his is worse
Both are weakening, always on life support, forgetting things but this one is pro max that he urinates...

So after everything he did in lagos, he didn't care to build at least one hospital to be treating his leaking bladder.

Imagine all the blatant charade of deceit including the lies, APC bishop nonsense, nobody is forgetting soon...
I never said he is ambitious, he is desperately unambitious and a fool for thinking he can pull off his thuggery of intimidation on sane Nigerians.
