My estimate is right, I was wondering how come I'd give you 12m on twice two bedroom detached.This is a two bedroom duplex. The iron bars alone will gulp us more than 1m excluding woods,bamboo, marine board or planks,full conduits of Electrical and plumbing work. nevertheless without any compromises of the building codes,7m would go a long way,but if you can stretch your budget to 9m, I'll get it ready for you in 50days. Note; The sooner we start, the better.Materials Price are skyrocketing everyday in the Market. Thanks
