Okorocha is/was better than most SW and Northern governors, don’t include him in the list of incompetent SE governors.

What was OBJ's history of competence in 1999? Was was GEJ's competence in 2015?

It's instructive thar despite losing presidential elections in 2015 and 2019, PDP still swept SE.

Is that South East have a different concept of competence that they don't have anywhere else in the country?
