What a shame, billions must have been spent in building and the monthly maintenance of this building, a billion Naira project with no fire insulators or system to contain fire Incase of fire outbreak, Doesn’t the state has fire service department abi them nor get water or they had poor logistics due to their bad roads or the flood, the last time I was in Kogi, their roads were terrible

A case of NEPA calling the fire department to quench fire, fire department responded in No light to pump water!
