Please, I'm in desperate need of a loan or gift of 750k. I have started a business but need the 750k to complete it.

To borrow someone money is easy, but refund is always the problem. Some business you even start with your money can fail not to talk of borrowed fund.

What will you bring as collateral? Bring a car Worth 1.4M or something one can hold on to for the time being

Thanks for your positive response. It's just pragmatic. The money will be invested in music. I and a songwriter have already produced a song. It's been welcomed with mix reactions. The real positive side of the song is its chorus which will go viral on Tiktok. It's the newest and best springboard for a new song today.

The money will go towards setting up music publishing and marketing of this first song and 3 others that would be added later

However, music publishing is necessary for the collection of royalties. We also want to give fans the ability to pre-order so they can grab it before the song comes out.

The reason you offered to pay an interest of 50% on an investment that is not even certain is to deceive people to take the bait.

The music business can produce phenomenal returns when done right. A 50% return is nothing really.

I myself would be cautious but I have done all my homework. It is in the music niche and you know how lucrative it is when you have a good artist out there. I am working with a superb songwriter to produce songs. What we are seeking is a song publishing deal really from a record label. The songwriter does not want to be a musician, just a songwriter. One can get an advance of $50,000 to produce a number of songs. Of course, the songwriter would earn royalties for life when the songs are played either on streaming sites, download sites, on the radio, on tv, used as a commercial, used for making videos on Tiktok, and so on. The list is endless.

The songwriter's songs are more suited for the Western market though they would have appeal here as well. Ojezreel endorsed this guy while he was still alive and Paul Dairo as well. The guy just buried his talent. I am sure a music publishing deal is possible.

Even if such a deal did not happen, streaming revenue from over 100 streaming sites and from Tiktok should garner $1,500 monthly from 4 songs which are our target number of songs. $1,500 monthly let's use N600 IS N900,000/monthly. So, a 50% return is possible by the 4th month. We can pay back the principal and interest and keep all royalties coming in.

FYI, there are independent artists earning passive $5-6k monthly when their songs do well, so the $1,000/monthly figure is just conservative.

Also, record labels are willing to pay you 5 times your earnings for a year from your song. So, let's say a song makes $5,000 in a year, they'll offer you $25,000 to purchase the rights off you.

same music industry contract means nothing and artists are pulling out of record label even with contracts
