USA navy carrier in which Black Sea? First, USA or NATO navy vessels are banned from Black Sea unless those that already have home in Black Sea like Romania navy as Turkey navy have banned all military vessels from Black Sea, even Russia navy can’t deploy additional fleets to Black Sea unless those that are already registered to Black Sea. Owen247:I swear Same USA carriers that can’t stop NK from firing its missiles test when USA deployed 2 to Korea region, when USA said it will deal with NK if they ever test again. British and USA fleets were in Black Sea before the fight started but left immediately the fight started, even when Ukraine and many NATO apart from turkey called UK and USA to deploy their navy fleets back but when Russia said it will sink it, since then USA and UK have not send those fleets. Even Turkey president have to traveled to Russia, and arranged many meetings before Russia allow Ukraine to export wheat.
