Take it to your focal person for his signature and stamp before uploading.

But there is no place on the letter for the Focal person to sign.
There is a note at the down of the acceptance letter asking us to upload the acceptance letter after signing.

Re-download the letter again and you will see it.

It won't affect you
I am N-Health stream 1, my ppa only signed it and I uploaded it that way.
So no cause for alarm in your own case
