Most likely, normally youths no dey hear word. In developed countries there is a section of the pedestrian way for cyclists only which is not available over here. The lecturer is not a dummy to question her anyhow if she was right. Most people are too emotional to look at issues critically.

Skating is a kind of sport. But it should be used on pedestrian walkway and not vehicular way. I believe the lecturer is knowledgeable and won't act ignorantly. Normally, youths can be adventurous at times.

So you're sure she was skating on the motorway? It's funny that the same person advising others to learn to ask questions is using the expression "I'm sure" just to blame the student. Dude, she skating on the motorway is only a probability regardless of how high you think that is. There's nothing in the video that could make you sure of that, certainly not the assumed knowledge of the lecturer.
