Because she is a banker and has access to funds and men, Estranged wife and mother of my two kids comfortably took me to hell and back.
And I had to take her to Gehenna and back!

It was exactly in May 2020 that she began returning from work very late, 10pm, 11pm etc. She would neither call nor pick up my calls. Truly, we been having issues with her endless aggressiveness around my house. The quarrels, stubbornness and fights no get part two. Once when we were arguing she got some water and poured me! She always felt I'm lesser than her bosses, or her real money customers. I had to start calling her MADAM after over 8 years of constant struggle, bickering and quarrels in my own home.
So she begins returning late hoping that I would turn a blind eye for peace to reign. Unknown to her I spoke with her branch manager, and she maintained that my wife leaves work at 5;30, or 6pm max. The next night, When I asked she just remained silent and instead, put her phone into her bra recording me, wanting to have me beat her up, which evidence she would use to nail me. She just said I cannot question or do her nothing!
When I got fed up, I told her to go to work next day, put in her resignation and come back home. As an Engineer, I was ready to open any small business for her. Better still, I wanted her to show remorse and start returning early.
This was me who had supported her same job for years.. To my greatest surprise, she said Thunder should strike me and my entire family dead. That instead of resigning, she would pack. And that she was done with the marriage.

So I told her to start.

She started but stopped because my children were crying. Next day she came so late yet again. She claimed she went to her brother's house after work. I knew The battle line was drawn. So I told her again to complete what she was already doing since yesterday. She just took her hand bag and left. This was 6am, 23rd May 2020.

Then from one Police station to the other. Just Because I will never allow any c**t to take away my kids (I paid their Awka Anambra list in full. Till now she is still answering my name). She was using the police to try and get my two children: 9yr girl & 6yr old SON OF MINE. But everything they did failed. So I told her by calls and massages to return back home, all in efforts to have peace reign. Instead she went straight to the OPD Lagos State (One useless Babajide Martins was in charge then).

The OPD packed all their thugs and came to my house, tried, and left empty handed. They now begged me through my former lawyer to come to their office with the children. My lawyer (Segun Lawrence) convinced me. But it was all a trap. I went there on the 4th of June 2020 along with my mother. They just took away my children, accused me of wife beating and children abuse. My wife brought out "evidence " she had been keeping together, and they just gave my children to her. 4 days later, they went to court, got an Order giving her custody.

I couldn't see my beloved son and daughter for over 4 months. I tried seeing my wife at her working place to no avail. She blocked any Avenue for discussion, settlement, or for peace to reign. But I kept going to court, filled necessary papers, got a new lawyer who defended me very aggressively.

And we won. Even my children preferred to stay with me than with their own mother.
The court ordered the biased OPD to return my children. But they started employing delay tactics. So I wrote to the Lagos state attorney general and their HOS.

Omo that was how I got my children precisely on the 9th October 2020. Then she started sending massages through her lawyers and mine, for settlement. I have already filled for statutory divorce (under the Act. Young man, foryourmarriage, be careful about going to the registry) for two now. My Children remain in my care and keeping. She is fighting with one of the foremost law firms in lagos for custody, she doesn't want divorce, and I will bring you that part of the episode later.

For now, its Stay Awake, and don't be a SIMP.

Marriage isn't meant for everyone.
But don't deprive them of seeing their mom whenever they want to.

I am a believer and lover of marriage before, but the women of this generation makes marriage unworthy venture. It is much more better to turn them to baby mamas and take care of them and kids from afar than keeping them under your roof. What is the benefits of living with a woman who will still cheat on you, ruin you down financially and emotionally.

@op, I take God beg you, never marry this daughter of evil again, at least you have a boy and a girl. Take good care of them, you can always get good sex without getting married to any woman.

Has the court declared the birth mother unfit to actively be in the lives of their children, where a female relative of his or a "friend" is better capacitated to provide maternal care?

- Were there early signs before the marriage that indicated this likely outcome that you ignored?

If she gets visitation rights from the court as the noncustodial parent, OP can not decide when to allow the visits because the judge would decide that.

How on earth can a woman throw all of what she has just because another dude from outside started bankrolling her? Surely she will regret it, especially if you have been good to her.


Let the kids see their mother, don't deprive them. As for the marriage, it has gone south I doubt if it is redeemable. But if you are willing, give it a shot, start afresh, and see if you can still pick up the patches to build a home for the kids.

He has NO RIGHT to push them to a relative or another woman when the judge has not granted him the freedom to do so, the birth mother (ex-wife) has every ground to sue if such happens because that is an indication he has no capacity to be their primary caregiver.
