Hello, Good morning everyone. Please I'll be needing your help with the current price of these building materials. The location of the project is along badagry expressway. A contractor gave me this estimation.
NOTE: the building is already decked. I'm only looking to raise the structure with a pent house. If you understand what I mean.
16mm (30 pcs)
8mm(15 pcs)
1 ton of 12mm
Binding wire
3 trips of sand
30 tons of granite
5,000 blocks( with a block at 700 Naira)
150 bags of cement.

If you arent comfortable with his quote you have to move to a market close by the site and get your own estimates as prices changes seriously with location and time frame..within a space of 2months i bought cement 4300 (lekki), 3950 ( ojo area) and 4100 (onitsha) yes its that funny. Same for every other materials you listed out. Also what is the exact tonnage per trip of the sand you mention is 5, 7, 15, 20 or even 30 tonnes of sharp sand.
