This is the project where I did my NYSC. It is a top notch facility if you ask me. I really learned a lot from all stakeholders of the project.

If you've been involved in a building project lately, especially in this current inflation period, you'd realise that N2bn is way too small to build such a large building.

I doubt the project was built with just N2bn.

I heard there are some people that dont have sense in nairaland, ~~i guess~~ i know i have seen one. For your information we have shopping malls in Owerri and nit just one. But this is the only one you guys have.
