I think knowing how much wages one deserves for being a crucial piece of the construction can help us in extrapolating.

N2 billion... Public Private venture... N 800 M input by the Private Sector. How will the expenses be shared? .... how will the profit be shared? I can bet my life....that Mall cannot be profitable.... will be running at a loss... bit somehow ... the Private Group would be receiving wonderful returns on investment and in the end... will end up being the sole owners of the mall. Who are the private investors?.... I can bet another life this will remain top secret.
