According to God there is just two options for humans:
Life ~ filled with all kinds of activities! Genesis 1:28
Death ~ no activity! Ecclesiastes 9:10

At death nothing survives humans so God said Adam will die if he disobey {Genesis 2:17} and he will return to non-existence.
