What's Lagos like before 1999, from economy, to security, to infrastructure? What is it like now?

Like, how do we as Nigerians explain to people outside that we cannot produce the basic biography of a leading presidential candidate shows you how stupid all you APC supporters are.

Like, you cannot even produce the basic information about this frontrunner that wants to rule a nation of 200 million people.
