It still baffle me why Pdp refuse to cede power to Efik in Southern senatorial district in Cross Rivers State since Imoke and Ayade has done their turn respectively

No one was ready to shift ground for anyone during the run up to the primary.
Onor was the only contestant from the central senatorial district. The rest were of southern extraction.
Wike supported Onor so zoning was out of the equation.
At the primary the failure of the southern contestants to speak in one voice made Onor to win.
Assuming Dansuki had withdrawn for Gershom and vice versa,a southerner would have won the ticket.
Their division plus delegates from the northern senatorial district where Sen Jarigbe controls gave Sandy victory.
