There is a method most Nigerians use to immigrate to Canada.
The good news is that you don't even have to take the academic IELTS or pay an agent.
You are not needed to have a work offer from Nigeria for Canada (which can be very difficult to get).
The only requirements are admission to a graduate (or undergraduate) program and authorization to study and work part-time in Canada.
This is simple since it's the most popular method for Nigerians to immigrate to Canada with their family.

In 2021, 13,475 Nigerians moved to Canada using this route.
In 2022 and beyond, many more will do so.
Another good thing is that you may not have to pay the full tuition, which makes up a significant amount of the moving expenses as there are valid ways to obtain full or partial scholarships. This aids in significantly reducing relocation-related costs.

[b][/b]How to get to Canada from Nigeria

For you to be in Canada, you must have any of the following:

1. Permanent Residency status

2. Study work

3. Temporary work permit

4. Refugee

5. Open Work Permit pilot program

Without any of these, you won’t get to Canada
The best is Permanent Residency. But it is extremely competitive right now.
In fact, most people fail when they directly try to apply for a Permanent Residency outside of Canada.
And it is highly capital intensive.
So, the best way is to get a job through another route while you are already based in Canada
The lesser competitive route most Nigerians are quietly using to relocate is the student visa.
Upon the completion of your program, you can stay and work in Canada. From there you can then work on becoming a permanent resident.
So, once you study and have a work experience in Canada, you already stand a better chance of becoming a permanent resident. Also, another advantage you will have is applying for PR within Canada, you have an almost 100% chance of getting it once you meet all the requirements.
People who followed this route were not disappointed. You are not the first that will try it and you won’t be the last.

[b][/b]2 options for relocating to Canada.

With the situation in Nigeria, you can't blame anyone who wants to relocate abroad.

And it is not difficult to see why.

Even the politicians are securing a better life for themselves in other countries.

And they are doing the same for their children and close family members.

If you can afford it and want to, the smart thing is to move out.

Like my friend used to say "it is sweeter to say e go better for Nigeria from Canada than it is to say it from inside Nigeria"

That said, here are the options for relocating to Canada from Nigeria.

b][/b]Option 1. Get an immigration agent to assist you with the process.

If you have enough money to spare you might want to consider this option.

However, there are 3 problems with this option:

i) Finding a competent & ethical agent is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

A lot of agents can go through the wrong process either deliberately or ignorantly. And this can attract up to 5 years ban.

ii) If you manage to find a decent agent you will spend up to #3 million in fees. And there is no refund for unsuccessful applications.

Of course, some won't tell you to pay #3 million all at once. They will first start by billing #500k or #1 million. Then ask for more and before you know it your #3 million or more is gone.

iii) You will still do a lot of work. The thing is Canada’s immigration is personal. No one can do everything for you. You will need to do some work yourself.

iv) Due to the nature of their work, agents delay in communicating information and this is because the universities correspond with them directly not you. As a result, you will be at their mercy to have the information that belongs to you.

And now…
[b][/b]The second option is to Do-It-Yourself (DIY)

A lot of the Canadian immigration process involves knowing the requirements, filling the forms correctly, and submitting the right documents.

Most people do not have the right information about the requirements and the process. That is why they cannot follow this option.
If you have the right info and do it yourself, you can save millions and speed up the process.
Why do you have to pay another person #2 to #3 million when you can spend it on other important things such as flight and accommodation things?

Study hard to IELTS test. Take the general.

Create an account with wes.org. Choose immigration path (IRCC)

Send your transcript for evaluation.

Your age, test score dand other factors determines your point. (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp).

That's the calculator to stimulate your point.

Your point will determine if you can enter the pool. If it's high good for you. However, if it's low, all you need do find nomination.

The best and easiest nomination to the province which we refer to as PNP. If you get nominated by any of the province you have solved your problem. That gives 600points. Added to your previous point, you will issued ITA. (Invitation to Apply) in th Express Entry

The next step is the a little bit difficult but not too. Proof of Funds (POF).

That's the basic. If you need more information, don't contact me. Just Google anything wish to know and add nairaland e.g ontario pnp nairaland. You will read and get tired till you see yourself in Ontario.

Hi, do you have any information on CIAPS (Centre for international advanced and professional studies)
I intend to run a program with them in order to claim two or more certificates. They informed me that they are recognised by WES. Do you know any thing about them or someone who has used their service? And is it guaranteed ? Thank you for your post.
