See the job link...https://www.nairaland.com/7392959/job-opening-farm-attendants-workers#117730734 If you go you will regret it This man is a very useless and unreasonable person probably scamming investors or an NGO somewhere. No one comes and spends up to a month in that farm because of how unreasonable he is. You will become his slave and he will ask you to do all manner of task in the farm you would not expect. A friend of mine went there and left disappointed. The location of the farm is Ogbomoso>>Aribaba village. No network only 2g and in just a particular area. you walk 35 minutes to the farm. meanwhile your house is inside a thick forest 30 minutes ride on bike before you get to the village from main road. the farm has bad Fulani report...Fulani herdsmen has attacked someone in the farm before. The meal is not what you think...sometimes you can eat rice in 3 straight days. He does not want to use villagers for his farm work because villagers charge him nothing less than 2k per task in his farm but he wants you a graduate to go there suffer for him daily and do what even d villagers can not do and he will not pay you when time comes or will create stupid unethical complaints just to weaken you or make u leave without pay. I have a lot to say but in summery, this man no bi better person at all. If you are a graduate don't go there and risk your life and waste your time...my friend that left has gotten a better job now. just keep hustling and praying to God for a good job and not the job from this scammer. One day the investors and people he is scamming with that farmland will arrest him, just watch and see if you notice, he has been advertising this job since 2019. Even a fool or a very good man can not stay for 1 week or highest 1 month in that farm because of how unreasonable this man is 33 Likes 7 Shares |

Fulanbanza: I won't be engaging Nairalanders again but at least would reply you on your turf. No need going to my threads lets do the talking here I watched videos even on NatGeo wild and saw large farms. Guess how they get power supply, solar. Guess how they got network for communications, Satellite communications, why? Cause regular network communications isn't regular in such remote areas We will claim to criticize and ruin our own because of our eutopian delusions. If some of us didn't leave posh cities, we won't be on the way to making our society better. Are you aware crate of eggs has skyrocketted to 2,000 Naira per crate from 1,200 Naira in just two years? Guess why ? No easy access to maize In my sojourn across many farm settlements all food producers are using 1960 ideas. If someone of us do not undertake this journey, how will people like you be able to have access to quality, affordable and good food supplies in the next 1 to 5 years 8 Likes 2 Shares |

I spend an average of 60,000 Naira monthly for food supplies per month. i buy and store in bulk and do not determine or look into my worker's feeding. I only buy and stock, if a worker out of laziness chooses to cook the same meal per day, how do i know let alone take the fault, please tell me. Black mailing people is cheap and we will kill people if we jumped on the band wagon of first reports Please which of your friends or anyone did i take money from? Cause I clearly communicate to people i have an ICT company and use my accruals to the tune of 1M plus monthly in funding my projects Since you know all about me, why don't you lead your family members i borrowed money from and your friends to have me arrested for fraud 3 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerians will rather than make attempts and learn through the process criticize everything I have more than enough to continue to stay in my Lekki where i base eat and dine without all this. With 1-1.5M per month budget i'm cool to live comfortably, rather choose to build an organization towards addressing societal ills 3 Likes 1 Share |

None of my workers who worked with me ever started work before 9am. Giving adequate time to prepare food and even serve as compensation for the 35 minutes stroll from our base to the farm site. Thankfully, for the ones that waited, we bought a motorcycle Please, do you know the village well enough to know that there aren't mroe than a handful of youths, i ean 3 -7 as most also have the " japa " mentality and have moved to Lagos and the likes to leave with families. I dare to say, rurals as people think do not have employable hands. You can live on Nairaland and begin to describe things you have zero knowledge of. The only two youths I could get have their projects and I can only borrow few hours of their time. Please, tell me and defend all your claims against me cause Gen Z is full of the blackmail culture. When your friend came, did i not give introductory speech that i maintain an open exit door policy that they can leave even same day they came.? And even when everyone leaves, i give transportation fare minimum 5,000 Naira as return allowance. I no give your so-called enabler? Go and ask 3 Likes 1 Share |

Tell me if surrounding businesses do not first create supporting systems for businesses to stabilize. Let's analyze the unneccesary things I asked your friend to do : Apply herbicide Pay village women to fetch water and supervise the flow Apply water to crops Buy seeds and supervise their movement from our camp house in town to the village Please, what silly things did i do beyond your " alarmist " narrative you depicted above? 2 Likes |

Please. declare all I'm on trial for and then reply, how many companies can grant from an entry salary of around 40,000 Naira a month to 150,000 Naira per month within 24 months, when the whole setup is estimated to have fully stabilized. Please tell me. People supporting their own start-ups in other countries. Here we look to kill our own I am waiting for your responses. I'm armed and ready for you 4 Likes |

Fulanbanza: They say is that what happened? 8am to be on site. to cook an hour before activity. No human can plant from 8 to 5pm because it is painful Even at that, when we used mechanized planters, it wasn't educated workers that did the planting, it was villagers The entire planting i did all along was done by villagers who were to resume 8 and end 5pm not the forum people. I only asked the educated guys when village workers do the work, supervise them so they do not waste the resources. i.e plant 8-9seeds per hole CAN YOU SEE WHY WE MUST NOT BLACK MAIL PEOPLE.? NO EDUCATED PERSON HAS PLANTED FOR ME PAST 2 DAYS. THE TWO GYS THAT TRIED, COULD NOT PROCESS IT. ALSO THE LAND NEEDED SOME CAREFUL SCIENTIFIC REVIEW AND CHANGES, SO I PAUSED 2 Likes 2 Shares |

I was a victim too and I made sure I dragged him on this nairaland platform. It beats my imagination why villagers cannot do the farm work and he is looking for people outside his state to come and do it cos he cannot try all that shit with the villagers...they go just kill am throway...He who have ears let them hear...If you see any handle of Iamblessed rubbish or you see anything like work in a farm in ogbomosho...don’t try it or else you would regret your life. I ASKED MY TEAM THAT WE STAY IN THE FARM SHED WHEN WE STOP WORK SO WE DO NOT OVER MINGLE WITH THE VILLAGERS AND EXCUSES FOR SEE FINISH STARTS. MOST TIMES ACTIVE WORK ENDS 3PM GO AND BRING YOUR FRIEND TO REFUTE THIS I WORK PER QUOTA BECAUSE WORK ENEVER FINISHES. WHERE IT ENDS ONE DAY IT BEGINS THE NEXT. I'M AN EASY GOING PERSON WORK STARTS 9AM ONE HOUR MID DAY BREAK ACTIVE WORK ENDS 3PM EVEN AT THIS I WORK WITH THE PHILOSOPHY OF DISTRIBUTING WORK TO EASE BURDEN SO I RATHER EMPLOY SIX PERSONS TO DO 3 PERSONS WORK SO THEY CAN HAVE A REST CULTURE IN BETWEEN WORK |

The bastard said to my face that it is people with damaged life that he normally gets for the farm job...he thought I didn’t have transport to go back home...he even got to find out I am way richer than what he thought, I just played along because I wanted to learn how to become a farmer. He wanted to turn me into his slave, I never even saw the farm...I had to buy food with my own money...You need to see what this guy said I should eat...premature yam with no water or oil or stew or soup and he himself will not eat it ooo. Fulanbanza: I have so far debated you point on point. Maintain the discussion, leave sentiments, digressions, blackmails alone. IF YOUR LCOAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMEN AND WOMEN AND GOVENORS ARE DOING WHAT IM DOING WITH MY OWN LITTLE RESOURCES THE COUNTRY WULD BE BETTER OFF. AM I NOT SEEING PEOPLE SAVE 2-5M TO TRAVEL ABROAD? YET I TRAVELLED TO VILLAGE SPENDNING AT LEAST 1 M PER MONTH BECAUSE OF THIS VISION. YOU THINK I DONT LIKE THE IDEA OF RELAXATION IN TORONTO ? WE CRITICIZE AND KILL OUR OWN IN AFRICA.
