Buhari had manifesto too but when the time came and Nigerians asked him, he said he didn't make any promises, that it was his party that made the promises. I believe Tinubu doesn't know what is written in that paper, he should come life and tell Nigerians whatever he wants to say, now is the time to start holding our leaders or rulers whichever one responsible.
