I went to my site today..flood enter inside the house of those around me..it entered my compound but did not enter the house..when I did the high foundation way above the road , the neighbors said I shouldn’t had, as flood doesn’t get to the area, but this one taught everyone a lesson.
I think high foundations should be done more in Nigeria.

They have to bang the door before it closes and as a result, the top of the door (small piece) broke off... It isn't visible much till you look closely...

You re right sha! But I encourage people to just do what they can afford easily without borrowing or collecting on credit. Maybe someday I will be able to use Spanish tiles in my retirement property sha. For now Na goodwill all the way.

Please guys, I want to do Parapet (Full Casting) without buying/using woods so as to cut cost. I heard there is an option of using Molly (shaped Metal) for the casting instead of wood. Is this true? Does it actually safe money?

I need contact of someone in Ibadan who can cast the Parapet using this method.
