Buhari visits Kano before and after election and yet, I don't see much crowds. Business or Personal visit is different from Campaign. When APC officially flags off their Campaign, you will know.

The places really experiencing major flooding are kogi, Bayelsa, Rivers, Benue, Anambra, delta, lagos, etc

He is just there to strengthen his political alliance.

On a lighter note, I have not seen any northern politician donating money to any southern state during emergency situations like flood, fire etc . Only southern politicians do that.
