I do t think any family will be so daft not to show the pictures of any lost family members during the endsars issue, if the Lagos state government refuse to show the cctv, let the affected family come with a proof that their family members were shot dead, or you mean the dead in the so called massacre have no family members?

if u don't see the person or the body cos they were taken away how will u have proof to show they were killed or not?

The CCTV will show everything that happen that day and if bodies were actually taken away to unknown destinations.

Assuming they were taken away as you insinuated, you mean they also took away their families or what stopped them from appearing on any national television to declare their loss with a verifiable evidences?
