This country can still work if only we have the balls to challenge the status quo. |

kosssy:Exactly. The authorities know exactly what to do to get things right but always chose the opposite. Kudos to them this type for choosing the right part. We cannot be rewarding thugry all the time. |

You mean the doggedness and insistence of the brave and productive Igbo traders paid off, we can't have jobless miscreants posing a nuisance to the well-being of honest and hardworking Nigerians...if Saheed is hungry, then he should go and learn how to work and earn an honest living like his mates instead of being a nuisance to society. |

The masses don't know the amount of power they wield. God bless alaba traders |

NwaIdeato:The quagmire is removed and the market is open for business today to the joy of everyone involved. Business people will do thier business and pay legitimate tax or levy to the authorities. No more urchins harassment along the road. Its a win win for the business community and the Govt. |

Lagos State government have chosen to retain the funds that don't appear in their financial statement over the morbid desires of those miscreants. It's a partial but gradual win for hardwork and honest living. |

I told afonja miscreants that Lagos State government is on the side of the traders and will reopen the market soon but they bragged how the market will be closed till after election because they own Lagos |

Babajide is falling out hands. Don't know why all the Lagos governors treat IPOB with kid gloves. We need someone like Seyi or Mc to become governor in Lagos. |

NwaIdeato:It's not only igbo that works at alaba. Can we just preach peace and love instead of hate and divisional comments |

Smelly Of mma nu with their miscreants know only how to make a bad situation worst with their usual tribalism, ethnicity, religious bigotory. Thiefnupoo will never smell Aso rock inshallah! |

Olabukola11:British Indian is now new UK PM. Obama is a Kenya- American. Tribalism is worst than racism. As long as igbos are obeying laws, they are free to live in Lagos. |

Olabukola11:You are right Bro. I am feeling so much pain right now. I am one of those that has been greatly affected by this decision. I make an average of 20k to 30k daily but right now, our own Yoruba government has made me jobless. How will my wife and 3 kids survive? Are there no Agberos in the East? Why are they not fighting them? Those Ipod touts are fighting us because we are Yoruba. If we are replaced with their fellow iPod youths, they would have been happily paying the bills. Now they have made hundreds of us jobless in our own land. I have aged parents at Ijebu relying on me for upkeep. So where do I start? Can this thing happen in the East? Seriously I regret being a Yoruba man cos we are Idiots, Cowards and senseless. Now most of these iPod touts that knows me are all yabbing me and my boys. I have received several calls threatening and calling me all sorts of name and even telling me that hunger will kill me. Where do I start from here? My heart is in great pains now. |

| Re: At Last Common Sense Won At Alaba by Vote4Obi: 11:53am On Oct 25, 2022 |
When Marwa was governor of Lagos, he almost completely eradicated agberos only for Tinubu to empower them when he became governor. Allowing hoodlums to be harassing law abiding citizens is a primitive act that can't happen in any civilized society yet the old rogue keep making noise about how he developed Lagos. SMH |

| Re: At Last Common Sense Won At Alaba by OfoIgbo: 12:15pm On Oct 25, 2022 |
Olabukola11:Truth be told, those to be thanked for this positive outcome are 1. Alaba traders 2. Simon Ekpa's UGM-Autopilot threat. mazisimonekpa things Agbado master and his descendants must have been terrified of their brain boxes and their contents being emptied on the streets of Lagos. |

Not the government that is able to maintain control in spite of the growing chaos all over Nigeria? Contrast this with the southeast sit at home enforcement by non state actors while the citizens hide. OfoIgbo: |
