Why didn't you accept to be going every day?
We have been saying this all the time here. School cannot stop your stipends.
Most people here, since after the day school accepted them, haven't touched their leg to that school and they received 11 months' stipends including the one in the process now.

Also, when I switch to another tab, maybe Verification tab for instance, and I switch back to deployment tab, the box will show "Upload acceptance letter".
What do I do, please? Does it mean I have uploaded? Or is it network problem? Is anyone experiencing same?

Log out and log in again, if what you did have not reflected then try it again later as it is from the portal.

I'm pretty sure it's palmpay, the only way around not getting your phone locked is by not having an active data bundle, the application responsible for locking the phone (otherwise known as security plugin) can only function using the phones data bundle... So until you have the money to payback then it's advisable to leave your phone unsubscribed.
