herkeem:
The mistakes arise when we make someone who should have been president vice President. We must make amends by voting for Peter Obi as the next president. Listen to his presidential presentation at the just concluded ICAN Conference.

Sometimes it's not advice able to bite the fingers that feed you, since VP contest against Tinubu his popularity has reduced, i pray for his recovery in politics because he's a such a good man according to people around him.
His popularity was bound to reduce except he becomes the president anyways. So you mean he should have cowered out like a lily-livered ?

Where is Madi Sambo by the way? Imagine Osinbajo on the board as a presidential candidate, even Obi wouldn't have any chance.

With all this people you mentioned they still didn't reduce his political background, had it been Buhari has the ball like Tinubu to move against enemy of progress like the people you mentioned above his government would've been better than this.

What else.

“To me, I’m thinking that the National Assembly should look at it.

“For you to qualify to run for the primaries as a governorship candidate, you should run with a deputy. Same thing at the federal level, for you to run as president, you need to run with a deputy. If the political parties think that the pair is okay for them and when they vote for that pair, nobody will raise issues again after the primaries".

If this law was in place, the Emilokan drug lord and his demonic Muslim Muslim ticket would have been rejected, disgraced right at the convention ground during the APC presidential primaries.

His life long ambition becoming dead on arrival making him retire permanently to the UK, attending to his health which would have saved Nigerians all the distraction about same faith tickets, hiring of fake Bishop, seeking for cheap, cash and carry endorsement from CAN saboteurs, claiming to be Father Abraham and what not

Most deputies feel sidelined and reserved for ceremonial purposes.

Some Commissioners are more relevant than some Deputies in Most States.

So they gain the sympathy of some of the Stalwarts.

Remain Loyal and be chopping dia money.

And when election time reaches.

They'll show you shege.
Not totally true ooo. Deputies do Most of the official duties. Governors do most of the ceremonial stuff and media. They just like their face showing in the camera. Dont get me wrong, a proactive Governor would still get things done. I'm just judging with when I was in kwara

The governor's aim is to be Godfather and make themselves evil demgod just like tinubu and what oshomole wanted to do in Edo.
Naturally the best person to continue a legacy is the incubent vice or deputy unless the party lost out to another party entirely, even if there are rift within either the principal or the deputy should be impeached, if the said deputy do not intend to continue is a different ball game he might even resign before then yet logic of privilege of office after a successful tenure might be lost so it is understandable for such individual to step down at the party primary.

They run into problems because they don't believe in settling political godfathers they just offer their best efforts for the country without roja for any reason. Bribery of high ranking officials is the currency of choice in the nigerian society nowadays. If you don't do that, they will keep you mired in false accusations till you are forced out of the system
