Don't know what you mean, but a graduate trainee at a bank is a good way to start your career in Nigeria.

Not until dy use one flimsy excuse to sack you and then it becomes clear that your years of experience is only useful in the bank..

Access bank, in fact banks are the worst place to start your career, let me just advice you, the kia car they are giving you is a way to tie you down. Just avoid the kia, level up (get more certificates) while you are with them, save up for possible japa or additional side hustles just incase, move to another bank or job after your two years bond expires in case you don't get a promotion. Don't give up your future for any bank, don't let them use you.

@OP, wen u finally land the job...dont start feeling so fly that ur current bf is not good enough again...its the two of you that worked ur asses up there...

remember,nomata how u flirt with a rich customer ,he will only nack u annd go...

those rich guyz have account at all banks..and all easy lay bank workers are after same guyz from all banks...

If you feel 175k na big money go ahead, a remote job can pay you as much as 5,000 dollars while in Nigeria with all foreign firm as long as you have the right certification. Do you think 175k is money. You will work from 7.30 till 6pm, buy data, buy credit to make calls to customers, eat, buy fuel to your borrowed KIA, pay for insurance on the borrowed KIA, sometimes the job will require you to even pay for some things just to meet up with target. Pls compare this to University workers who work 9 to 4pm and don't even come to work everyday. In short they have more time than you to apply for teaching positions outside the country as a teaching assistant ( average pay is $2,500). You better think of the long term and prospects to develop on other things.

Please always read between the lines before commenting. I said a great way to start. Many people who started as bankers have leveraged on that to transition into a lot of other roles and sectors.
