If a reticulated python attacks a full grown man from a tree, mehn!!! It's over for that full grown man.

If both hands are tied yes,probably but with just a single free hand,you can fight it off....that's why human dinner for phytons is quite rare

I hate snakes, those creepy creatures are dangerous.

That python was really hungry oo.

I almost fainted about four years ago at about 7:30 pm in front of my house during an encounter with a cobra of this size, I sat on a chair and i was pressing my phone not knowing that the monster was just about 2-3 meters away from where I sat down gazing at me from inside the flowers.

The moment I stood up, it came out, I tried to kill it but the fear didn't let me get close enough, the snake escaped.

I didn't get myself throughout that period.

Did you say the cobra was of this python's size?!.

I used to work in a pineapple and ugwu farm and I killed snake almost everyday then.
I would sleep at the staff quarter in the farm, and there was day a snake entered my room , I just felt strange movement beside me and the feeling was cool, I didn’t have touch light with me so I stood up and went out side to find touch light from co worker. Behold, i was shaking when I saw this big snake lying on my foam , exactly where I was.. I jejely locked the door and went for kit rod, I kill am.

It got worst when I started working in a poultry. You’ll see a very very Big Snake , the size of wooden pole ( thickness ) , coming to swallow eggs. I had a friend then from Calabar, his name is THANK GOD, he taught me what to do when I first sight a snake. He did eat those snakes then but I no fit..

Trust me , that snake was also scared of you , not bragging but no matter how big a snake is , I will kill it provided I have the right weapon ( it must be lighter and easy to handle so that it’s be easy to bang the head multiple times. Don’t be scared, e no go bite u )

I want to learn how to kill a snake, what kind of light weapon can someone use? Someone said if you try to use stick to kill a snake, the snake can jump, curl on the stick and strangle you.

Pray not to encounter it in a forest. You are talking like someone who grew up in the city. Oga, if you jam better python for forest better find your way.

There are instances in Nigeria in the past, and there was no internet and social media then.

That why i said if it attacks a man from a tree, there is nothing the man can do because his two hands must have been tied already.

Even if one hands are free, that free hand is almost useless because a giant reticulated python is a very powerful constrictor.

I am saying that Africans kill wild animals. It is rare for a python near human habitat in Africa to live and get big enough to swallow humans. But white people do not kill wild animals. White people even adopt wild animals as pets. This is what I wrote in pigin English. There are many cases of python swallowing humans in white man's land. It is because pythons are allowed to grow big in human habitats.

My wife believe I read the caption before showing her though….
Before now there hasn’t been a verified evidence that snake can swallow a whole Human… some people believe that our collar bone will make it impossible for snake to swallow human…..
Well, This Anaconda don clear our doubt.

Even if it is true that human collar bone makes it impossible for them to swallow, the victim would have died of suffocation first, so, being able to swallow or not is a secondary consideration

Bros!! Even phytons are wary of humans.....a phyton needs to bite first to hold you in place then starts to curl.yes the bite can be excruciatingly painful but a very physical human still as a chance if you have anything to hit it with....why do you think they are very easy to kill by humans.....they are very vulnerable around the head area.
